Blackdown Farm Services has teamed up with SIP, Slovenia’s biggest producer of agricultural machinery, to offer a full range of mowers, tedders and rakes.

The Taunton-based company says SIP machinery stands out because of its simplicity to use and unique robust constructions, which offers excellent durability and comes standard with a two-year warranty.

The range of mowers starts with the simple SIP Disc 220 plain mower with heel pivot and goes all the way through to the SIP Disc 1000 triple centre pivot, conditioner and front options including the unique SIP- S Flow linkage.

The tedder range has the SIP Star 350 four rotor tedder up to the massive SIP Spider 1500 14 rotor trailed tedder, and every size in between. All have pivoting folding and tyre angle adjustment. The largest trailed teddeds are very robust while remaining light and fold to a transport width of less than three metres.

The range of rakes is again wide and goes from the SIP Star 300 single rotor rake to the SIP Star 1000 twin rotor rake. All have pivoting headstocks or steering axles, and continuous height adjustment. Options include hydraulic width adjustment, rear tandem axle kit, and separate rotor lifting control.
